Esther the Daring Queen

The daring queen was called to give,
What Christ has given me,
Her royal crown and life away
To set her people free.

She visited the king uncalled
A deed that costs one's head
But also chance to end the Jew's
Distress and pain ahead.

The queen who followed God's command
Is worthy of our praise.
What Jesus Christ has done for us
We'll thank Him all our days.
