David

There was a humble shepherd boy,
Who always gave his all.
His flawless trust and faith in God,
Made many giants fall.

The pow’r of God was shown that day,
Through boy and sling and stone.
David was not afraid to fight,
For he was not alone.

Our God sent his own Son to earth,
To die for our great sin.
Though David was a man of God
Through him we can not win.
