Climb gently, seeking light
To find the morning sun.
The journey God has planned for us
Has only just begun.

Climb confidant of love
To feel the Saviour’s grace.
Our souls fulfilled by joy and hope -
To see God’s shining face.

Climb up from strength to strength
In healing comfort love.
As God’s arms come in warm embrace
With blessing from above.

Climb to the mountaintop
To see the promised land.
Together we can reach it still:
